Monthly costs
Totals include only invoices entered. Missing invoices are not zero cost. Check both half-month invoices and all carriers. Invoices spanning months are split by calendar days and marked Estimated.

Missing months are gaps, not zero. Previous-year comparison uses the same service dates through the selected year's latest entered service date. Partial invoice periods are estimated by days. All figures reflect entered invoices only.
