Uses the shared administrator password. The name is recorded for audit; it is not an individually verified user account.
Stock & materials
Recorded stock − booked = available. Beer is counted once in its current stage. AAHL = litres × ABV (%) ÷ 10,000; target ABV is shown as estimated.

Recipes
Each saved revision is fixed. Create a new revision when a recipe changes. Orders keep the revision and planned amounts used when created.

History & reports
Effective dates and entry times are separate. Reversals keep the original record and require all later balances to remain valid. Historical reports show corrected history.
